Important News effective July 1, 2022 (Fiscal Year 2023)

Fiscal Year 2023 COLA/Increment changes for eligible employees. Please check with your agency HR office for information on eligibility.

Effective July 1, 2022, State regular and contractual employees will receive a 3% COLA

State regular employees who are otherwise eligible will receive an increment on July 1, 2022, or January 1, 2023, based on the employee’s entry-on-duty (EOD) date. If your EOD falls between July 1 and December 31, you will receive your increment in July 2022. If your EOD falls between January 1 and June 30, you will receive your increment in January 2023.

In Fiscal Year 2023, in keeping with the usual practice, contractual employees may receive an increment at the employing agency’s discretion.
